Howdy People! I haven't been updated my journal for a LONG time.

I've been working on a couple of projects right now, all of which are nearing completion. Got some info here on my tumblr youdiedonkey.tumblr.com/post/9…

Now I'm wondering though, currently I have a fast enough internet, and in between university studies (Yes I'm in University now! I'm now attending "National University of Singapore ~ NUS") I wish to try something new to add that little motivation to animating. I'll be honest, I can be a little awkward speaking in front of the public, and while I have ran some stream tests, I dunno if that's sufficient

So what do you guys think? Shall I stream?

Yes the team is still working on it We'll release more content for this once we got a couple more heroes on the roster.

Howdy guys!

It's been a while since I last posted a journal. But I've decided to hold out until today where I released 5 animated portraits.

Me and a small band of people have been working on expanding this project into creating a... how do I say this. A "Mod?" It works to replace some aspects of the game including:

Hero Icons
Spell Icons
Loadout, Best Hero screen and Hero Selection screen (unfortunately ingame animated portraits is not possible for now)


Instruction on how to use for those interested:
1. Download the following file www.mediafire.com/download/ybt…
2. Extract the .rar file at the following directory:  \steam\steamapps\common\dota2beta\dota\resource\flash3\

example


3. Open Steam Library, right click dota 2 and select properties
4. Set Launch options and enter: -override_vpk
5. Run game and see if it works

The content here includes 20 animated portraits, 37 hero icons and 11 hero Skillset icons - This will be updated as we move forward
